Be sure you get what you ask for

What started off with a real good experience and the only company that said they can assist us with a solid safety cover for our pool with a rockery, ended up with the section at the rockery being unsafe and a big enough gap for any baby/toddler to fall in.

We were informed that it would be a weaker section due to no pipes but was assured it would still be very safe.

Now it's installed and not safe and to make it safe I need to pay R500 more and they are not willing to budge on this.

Very disappointed.
