Very bad cutsomer and after sales support

I chose pool renovators as a supposed reputable pool renovations company and paid over R50,000 to fix my leaking pool. The service and attention during the renovation was great, with lots of communication and updates and they completed on schedule which is great. The problems started they day they finished when Mike started calling me every morning before 7am demanding payment even though official handover and sign-off had not taken place and there were still two areas that needed fixing, one of them a leak at the pump. I reluctantly paid the residual money and do I regret it.<br> <br> It took them over two weeks to respond to my daily requests to fix the leak and then the black pool got huge white marks that would definitely not be classified as slight discoloration. I tried dealing with Mike, but got so frustrated that I refused to deal with any further. The owner was supposed to contact me and come and see me to see what we can do, but he is such an absent owner with no availability and unreachable, no wonder Mike is so bad at customer service. I am so frustrated and disappointed and Mike is the worst customer service person ever and I feel sorry for anybody who deals with him
