Service beyond expectation

We had our marblelite pool re-lined with fibreglass by Pool Renovators in late 2011. The job was done well and on time. 4 years later we experienced some delamination at the rim of the pool. Thinking that the fibreglass lining was well out of the guarantee period I tried various other pool companies to try get a quote on the repairs. All of them claimed that this was a massive issue and would require a complete rework. In desperation I sent Pool Renovators an e-mail outlining the problem with the original job card invoice. Mike from Pool Renovators called me the same day and made arrangements to investigate. He called me from site and made a commitment to repair the pool, free of charge, which was done within a few days. I am very impressed, I have never experienced a situation where a contractor makes on site repairs of this nature on a project that is out of guarantee period without insisting on payment.
