Poor after sales service

Pool renovators installed solar panels Feb 2015 and Sept 2016 panels were not working. Called to have repaired. Took them almost a month to get someone to assess the problem then a while longer to try and repair. Keep blaming their supplier for not getting back to them as to date there is still a problem. Absolutely pathetic service!!!
