No service, no smile

Further to my very positive report of October last year, I since really had to learn the hard way. I should have waited a bit longer before sending out positive reports. There is no after sales service from Pool Renovators or any back-up whatsoever. Mike is a great salesman but that is where it stops. Knowing what I know now, I would have never placed any orders on Pool Renovators. All promises and nothing else. Nothing of what Mike promised has materialized. Really not impressed.
