Giving pool service companies a bad name.

I used Pool Pleasure Pretoria to fix a issue with my pool pump which was leaiking. Charles from Pool Pleasure came out to look at it and promised to come and fix it on the following Saturday.

Charles firstly never arrived on the promised date so I followed up and he sent a team the next Tuesday. The team replaced some pipes and the filter's sand and charged me R5500 for the job, which I paid in full.

The pool never worked since and the new pipe fittings area visibly leaking where it connects to the pump. The pool motor started tripping the at the electric DB board and the system loses pressure.

I contacted Charles who promised to return in November, December and January, but he never did, and now just ignores all messages.

I hate complaining and don't report companies, but his one is just pathetic.
