Poor service and workmanship

Supplier has not fitted a safety net properly. Many of the fittings are loose, apart from the fact that he damaged many tiles using a blunt drill bit. When called back to discuss and inspect, he refuses even to come and look at the poor workmanship of his unsupervised worker. He does not respond to sms and became verbally abusive when called. Do not use these people!
