Poor Quality Workmanship

<p>We paid Johan Odendaal from Pool n Pond specialists a large amount (relative to other quotes we received) to restore a strip of fibreglass in our pool, replace the mosaics and repaint the pool. The mosaics were not done properly by his team - as a result the mosaics began to get damaged by the water soon after he completed the work.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we called him back to fix the pool he made constant excuses. Further he said his warrantee only covers leaks and not workmanship even though his quote explicitly says that workmanship is warranteed for a year. He then continued to lie and make excuses. He eventually repaired the pool but not to a proper standard and the mosaics and pool paint now have mismatching patches.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not use Pool n Pond specialists. Johann's work quality is poor and he will lie and make excuses to fix any issues. </p>
