Terrible customer service from PoolMaster

We have bought a poolmaster aquarius pool cleaner 3 months ago. It has since been working on and off. Took it back to Game where we bought it from. The pool cleaner company took our details and send us back home saying they will come out to inspect it. It has been a week. We were promised tgat it wont take long by Andile from poolmaster. Our pool is green. A Anna phoned me from a company that Poolmaster has given our number to to try and assist us over the phone. She wanted to speak to my husband and promised to phone the following day. After waiting the whole morning, I called the number she called me from only to find she is not working that day. I just want a refund so I can buy a new pool cleaner. Not being send from one person to the next. Phone call after phone call. Just a pool cleaner that will work. This is terrible that one should wait so long for something so basic.
