Beware of Pool Masters Cape Town

Maria from Pool Masters Cape Town very quick to sell the pool renoveration services and Insist on a 75% deposit to be paid upfront before date of service is agreed. Its been 1 month and Pool Masters has not started my pool renovation, now very worrying Maria does not answer her phone or messages, and i cannot get my refund of R40,000 paid back to me. Can any one pls assist
