Faulty/ineffective chlorinator poor aftersales

Hi<br> <br> I bought a Pool**** salt chlorinator from poolsincorporated in December 2014. The pool just never seemed to come right . we test the water;and put in expensive chemicals;and it still does'st come right and this goes on for over 7 months. Finally after so many phonecalls and emails. Pool**** takes the chlorinator in to check if its working . This is in I think August 2015 and they discover that the chlorinator WAS not working at all it is still brand new. So they fix it and bring it back . We THEN think everything is fine and again find after doing all the tests of the water.putting another whole lot of chemicals, daily chlorine , stabilizer etc its still green. I keep requesting that the matter gets sorted out . Now in January 2016 I am told to add another 8 bags of salt and it will come right. so thats what I do immediately and follow all the instructions to put another 14 cups of chlorine run the filter for 48 hours etc .and its still not coming right. All this while I have been phoning everyone and I get promised feedback which never happens. Nobody EVER called me. I do all the calling. Today I went to retest the water and it shows NO CHLORINE.Take it and refund me
