Faulty chlorinator

A new Pool **** salt water chlorinator was installed by Pool Chaps in March 2015. The same chlorinator stopped producing chlorine in August. The installer came and checked the salt content and found it to be within operating levels. The entire system was removed and brought to Independent Pool Products (Pool ****) in Muldersdrift for inspection (warranty).<br> <br> 2 weeks later we have not heard back and we do not know the status. The water has long gone green. Follow ups result in being told \the next day"or \""shortly\"" etc.<br> <br> So much for their customer service. It is not unreasonable to feel being let down."""
