company damaged pool equipment

We have a pool&dust was flowing into my pool.I bought sand from pool magic Edenvale(PME)&then had them replace it,after the sand was replaced a small amount of sand was coming through but the technician said that everything was fine&that it would go away.A month later lots of sand was flowing back into my pool.PME was contacted&the situation explained&in turn they sent a technician.The technician told my fiance that the breather pipe had collapsed.On a later call from PME there was now no pipe.The PME technician replaced the pipe.The technician informed my fiance that the breather pipe needed to settle he had to wait 24 hours before switching on the pump.We waited the 24 hours&put on the pump&water started spraying out of the filter.He switched off the unit&inspected the filter to find that 1 of the bolts had been fastened&the bolts head was snapped off with the shaft now stuck in the threads.My fiance called PME on ***&explained the issue regarding the bolt my fianc? was told that it was broken before they worked on it and there was nothing she could do and was very unsympathetic(if it was broken then the technician should have informed my fiance&not worked on the unit).
