Same Old Dissapointment

<p>I am not sure why it is so hard these days to find a company that takes pride in their work and values customer service. After reading all these positive reviews on here I was sold on Pool link and took them on the redo our pool. Unfortunately it turns out that they fall in the exact same cliché as most other South African business. Very very bad customer service, you deal with one person initially and when it comes time to start the job its someone else completely who then has no idea what was agreed etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>The workmanship was very average and luckily I had withheld 10% to allow for me to inspect the work at the end, as it turns out they had to come back to redo some of the work which they did and I was then hackled into paying the outstanding amount, which I stupidly did.</p> <p> </p> <p>After about a week of me having paid, the same thing they fixed previously , namely the grouting between the mosaics started coming off again around the whole pool and its now 3 months later with multiple promises and no one has come to fix. If it was for the bad customer service an might have given them a 3, but unfortunately I cannot recommend them.</p>
