PATHETIC SERVICE

Very personable people, looked and sounded very experienced and trustworthy. However, Week 11 for a 6x4 swimming pool and not yet completed, despite them saying it would take 5 weeks only! Double the time, still not completed - broken bakkies, lack of supplies, working in faraway areas, workers intimidated (the only believable excuse) etc. Cable for the light hanging inside the pool instead of installed under the ground through a conduit - this means they'll have to cut the shell and the paving to install the light - is that right ?? Surely not. Ben on site at most 5 times, rest of the time left to the workers. Rain water from 3 weeks ago sitting rotting at the bottom of the pool. Workers always needing some tools which they don't bring with and then left with something of mine, still not returned. Last week told me only 4 days work left, supposed to be completed 2 Oct. They missed 3 days again. Threatened with lawyers etc. nothing helps. Really not commendable despite their website stating \Efficiency
