<p>When we decided to build our swimming pool we did a proper screening proces, because we had a VERY bad experience in our previous house out of 10 companies that we shortlisted poolink ended up in our top 3 purely because of Ben from poolinks over all approach. he is not just there to sell and make money he gave us such good and practical advise because the pool we wantyed would have had a lot of detail and Ben advised us on what will be both practical and esteticaly pleasing.</p> <p> </p> <p>He helped us through all the ad ons and finishing materials available to us and again gave us good guidence. Poollink was one of the 2 most expencive companies price wise but we felt Ben really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable so much so that he came out to site 5 times because of the nature of our stand lots of slopes and differant levels to contend with even before we decided on which contractor we where going to go with.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we wanted to make the final desision on which contractor we where going to go with we decided to de a HELLOPETER check and Poolink had Some Very good reviews and a view BAD ones, we asked Ben about it and he explained to us that Poolink has been building swimming pools for more than 25 years and as far as possible Their company go out of their way to keep their customers happy but sometimes surten situasions arise where either the customer wants more than they paid for or customers do not stick to the paiment structures laid out in the Contract and then wants to use this platform as n way to ********* them in getting what they want, he also ads that they are by np means perfect and has **** mistakes.</p> <p> </p> <p>All being said we are OVER JOID with what we got from this company we can recomend Ben and his Twin brother Tienie from Poollink to any other potencial customer you will not regret your decision.</p>
