Bad online experience

Bad online experience. Ordered a pool filter Lid WITH O-Ring. Only a week after I sent email on when delivery is due did half the order arrive. Lid without the O-Ring. Phoned them and they "promised" to deliver the missing O-Ring. Still waiting. No replies to my emails.
