These guys replaced the completely wrong unit and left the broken unit on my pool filter, they then stole the unit which was working. The owner then said it was my fault they replaced the wrong unit 😂 . I have a video of the staff member telling his boss that they replaced the unit on the right but the unit on the left is leaking. The owner has basically told me to get lost. He's keeping all the money and I'm still left with the unit not working and he still has my unit that did work. I have all the recording texts and videos proving this.

During our initial visit, all work was carried out exactly as requested, with Jurgen present on site throughout the process. The multiport valve that was replaced was the one you identified as faulty. Once the installation was complete, we recorded a video showing that the system was operating correctly with no leaks. This video was taken for transparency and for our own records. The old valve was removed, with Jurgen's permission, because it was no longer functioning.
Five weeks later, Jurgen contacted us again about a new leak — this time on the second sand filter, which had not been part of the original repair. Jurgen then asked us to reimburse you a specific amount and return the old, faulty multiport valve in exchange for closing the matter. When we declined this request, the conversation unfortunately shifted, and serious accusations were made.
We stand firmly by the work we completed and the evidence we have documenting that the original repair was done correctly. As a business, we take pride in our professionalism, our honesty, and the long-standing relationships we have built with our clients. It is disappointing to see misleading claims shared publicly, but we will not engage in disrespectful exchanges.
