Pool Hero is a villian!

We contracted Pool Hero to attend to our pool pump and filter. He invoiced us ultimately for a new pump and the replacement of pool filter sand. We paid in full. While working on the pool filter he mentioned that we should replace the entire filter tank as well...as it was leaking. He made some odd comments too about my company website being atrocious and that he could do a better job. He then departed saying he would wait for my further payment on the filter tank replacement before completing work. He took the filter sand I had paid for with him. I wasn't entirely comfortable with what I was hearing so I contacted another pool service company for a second opinion. They enlightening me on a great many things. My filter tank is not leaking and doesn't need replacing and the "new" pool pump I was overcharged for by Pool Hero is not new at all. I respectfully requested from Pool Hero that he deliver the pool sand I paid for and that we would be using another company to finish the job. He agreed. Weeks later I have received nothing. He doesn't answer messages. I feel I have been utterly ******** by this guy.
