Poor workmanship and after service

Mohamed who is the owner off the company told me i must used them for the pool instilation because they specialise in this business and that is why im paying them because you dont have any stress than. He will take care off everything. He told me that he will be on the side. At end off the day he never came back to the side. Hes workers came alone. The pool is unlevel. The tiles he used was cut with a grinder.,which means that the tiles is cut skew and pieces are chip out, and he also ran out off tiles and couldnt get the same tiles anymore and than he put other tipe off tile next to it which doesnt fit in. The steps were hollow and some off it is still but not that bad anymore. The pump is sucking air somewhere and when i called him he never picked upp the phone. He block me on facebook aswell on his whatsupp. I asked him when will he come and sort it out. He didnt reply. Aventually i phoned him from another number and he didnt know it was me and when he picked up and he realise who i am he asked me why im phoning him the whole time. He wil send his people when they get a change. Still im blocked and this was the 23 oct. i send him a message and he reply the sunday after i phoned him from another number and till today which is the 3november i didnt hear from him. He also never apologise for any off his mistakes. The pump stop working and they later realise that the worker threw 4bags off sand in the filter and not 3. He wasnt always on the job as promise aswell. The steps were fixt in a way and i payd him the last off the money so it looked like his afterservice stopped. I will never recomend him to anybody. He is still advertising my pool on his webside.
