Very poor workmanship, lots of promises, too many excuses

I advise anyone wanting to get their pool fixed to stay away from this company. My pool was redone by Noel Roberts of Pool Fix with assurances that all repairs had a 6 year guarantee against defective workmanship. He claimed to have 20 years experience in repairing and building pools. My pool was patched up by the Pool Fix team and just as the earlier reviewer stated. The finish was terrible. Sharp edges, bad paint application and warping fibre glass. The edges of the pool that were filled in and concreted, collapsed within a month. I was asked to fill this in with sand. The pool then started leaking. After 3 weeks of calls. Noel finally arrives, pumps out the pool and whilst looking for the leak by pressing down on the soft floor which he replaced as part of the job. Cracks it. He then sends me the video clearly stating he cracked the pool but claims consequential losses are not covered. Noel then asks for more money to effect repairs.
