POOR FIBRE LINING OF POOLS

I engaged the services of POOLFIX run by Noel Roberts to fibreline my marblelite pool. I did so believing he is a owner supervised business and he knew what he was talking about. But was I fooled. The workmanship and service received was extremely poor and unprofessional. His team has no knowledge of fibreling properly and the materials used isnot according to specs. It took almost a week for them to complete the pool whereas I had the whole thing redone recently and it took only 2 days. They did not apply enough resin to the fibre hence it did not dry in time and left marks, there were uneven surfaces all over the pool, sharp edges that caused cuts to our feet. There was a huge bubble at the aim flow meter when we filled up the second time after they tried to fix problems. The aim flow meter was forced in with a wooden wedge and second time round they just put silicone and tried to stick it. It costed me 2 water fill ups and to redo the whole pool. The service was absolutely disgusting and so was the workmanship. They have been advertising in the Durban North area and I advise resident to please be cautious with obtaining their services.
