Pool Fix - **** artists

Where do we even start. We suspected a leak before selling the property. Estate agents got Noel Roberts to assess. They quoted on fixing, also a new pump. We paid for it, and he said it was sorted. Now after property is sold, they are saying they notified us that the leak wasnt fixed, only the pump. We are refusing to pay extra as they were hired to fix the leak which we paid for. These guys are con-artists and one would think breaks things on purpose, so after sales are bigger. Dont trust them!!
