POOL DUDEz are ********!!

August me and my fiance baught a swimming pool pump from Pool Dudes online, we were told that they have stock and that i could pick one up at the Carnival (Brakpan) branch. While there i also baught a pool skimmer as well as some chlorine.

My fiance installed the pump and all was well the pump worked for almost a month then we had issues the pump sounded like there was something up with the bearings made a terrible sound. I called them and no answer so i was automatically forwarded to a cell number they use for Sales... I was told that THEY had to see that the installation my fiance did was done correctly for it to be a warrantee repair, and that will be R750.00

I requested that the installation guys come and see that the installation was done but i was not going to pay for something that they wanted to see, and then they need to keep me in the loop on whats happenin with my so to say BRAND NEW pump. The pump was removed and the pump was repaired (SAND in the IMPELLER :) ) I received a WHATSAPP aying the the pump was done (Fixed) and that i needed to pay R750-00 as this was not a repair that could be done under the warrantee.

My fiance paid therefore and the pump was installed by THE POOL DUDEZ, as i did not want issues again with who installed the pump. The pump has now been working for 2 Weeks and guess what its making the same noice now i get told via whatsapp how to CLEAN my POOOOL!!!!

As once again it is not now WHO installed it but how i backwash rince and clean my pool thats why the pump is making a noice my fault once again. I do feel that i was given Sold a faulty pump wanted a refund but yet not even the warrantee they BRAG about work because the find a way for the warrantee NOT to work.
