Pool Dudez always making excuses

The worst place in Brakpan DO NOT USE THEM! We went to them and one of their trusted employees sold us a pool pump (Dab brand pump) and did the installation promising us that all our problems was solved only to be told after installation when the problem consisted their employee claimed the pipes were causing the loss of suction. After months of saving and finally redoing the pipes the problem still consisted and we got a second opinion to find out the Pump is the problem as the size is not Compatible with our filter and is going to cause damage to our filter. We then took the pump back to Pool Dudes to do an exchange but we just kept hearing no we can't help you and need to send the pump back to Dab on the warranty after hours of explaining the Pump works but is not suitable to our pool size and filter they persisted with the same excuse. The Director phoned us as we refused to leave and saying (which was pathetic) that the guy (employed by Pool Dudes) was fired due to his incompetency and they will not be held responsible for his mistakes and will not be able to give us a different pump, discount or refund! I will post the receipt as proof of the Installation and Purchase as it was not our fault that we as the customer by advise of an Pool Dudes trusted employee that the loss of suction after installation was due to Pipes and not the Pump. We needed to save for the pipes as per his "expert advise" and that caused the delay in returning the Pump.
