Terrible customer experience.

I'm quite annoyed as I was promised to have an installation done at a certain date. After they took my deposit no one has responded to me when following up other than saying they are waiting for the manufacturer. I've chosen the company because the reviews were high but not getting the customer experience the reviews reflect. I've two kids under 5 and urgently needed the cover by a certain date. Not happy at all.
