Treated with complete distain by Pool Connexion

<p>Where do I begin? Gary from Pool Connextion, East Rand, handled our "not so cheap" pool renovation. We were fairly satisfied with the whole renovation, one or two things that I would like to mention here , things that went wrong, and the fact that the renovation took far longer than necessary, . However, the first thing we noticed in November, 2015, once the paving had been completed, straight away was that the grouting in the cement used between the pavers around the pool cracked immediately. All over.! Thin cracks, thick cracks and chipping,! Gary reassured us that this was a "settling in " thing, and that we should not worry. He said it was the movement of the paving around the pool. (!!) Well over the next few weeks and months, the cracks were many and grew far worse. He guaranteed us that he, Pool Connexion , would fix the grouting in March, 2016 , just to give him a ring and he would be back to correct it. He said this happens to all his paving around all his pools!!@#@? Well March, April May June went by, and no Gary, appears, even though there were plenty of calls emails and messages left for him. He promised he would come to the property to have a look, but then he said had a problem with his paving man, then the weather, then every excuse and just being plain non responsive. Eventually, after much pressure from myself, he came around in the house in the middle of June to correct the bad cracks and redo the bits of cementing where the grass had already grown in, even though he promised that would "never " happen. I will see if the cracking appears again!!!</p> <p>Then one day we notice that the water from the solar panels which he had installed, on the roof, was spewing out water in a great fountain. I called him in. After 2 weeks, he did come by when he looked at the cracks in the paving eventually, ( after quite a number of calls, and quite a few reminders,) and said he woud email the company concerned. I " must'nt worry" he said. There is a puncture, or two holes in one of the strands, and this is supposed to last for many years, let alone just a few months! He said the company concerned would call me. He reassured me they would. We have switched the heating off in the meantime. Since then, I have been requesting the number and name of the company. He said he would email them, and the solar heating company would come to replace the panel. Well, I am still waiting 5 - 6 weeks later. Week by week, its "They will come on Thursday" but nothing happens. This is not from lack of reminders, calls etc from myself and my husband. I am sick of this. I will be using social media regarding this disgusting service. I would not ever use this company again. I did not go into this blindly, I did my homework on this company. Pool Connextion were recommended by 3 other people. Well I will never ever recommend them. Their follow up service stinks. To treat customers with such distain is a poor choice in these economic times. Do not use this company for pool renovations ! I am disgusted with Gary and his company! Poor poor service. Poor solar heating quality. </p>
