Horrible service at Pool Concepts

Horrible service. They repaired my Zodiac Mx6 14 days ago for 400 rands. It worked for only a week. When I returned today lady at counter didn't even ask what the issue was. She immediately asked me to come back on another day as the Zodiac factory was closed. I drove 20km to get to her all she could have done is taken machine in and sent it to factory when they were opened. They don't deserve to be an official service center for Zodiac. Horrible service... I won't be back.
