15% handling fee a complete *******.

Despite supporting Pool Concepts over past 20 years. Today I happened to buy wrong pipes which I returned within 15minutes. Correct pipes were R195 less than what I had paid which was meant to be my refund after the exchange. Pool concepts says we’ll charge you for 15% handling fee. For what I ask? Despite my protest I was then shown this notice of a 15% charge on refunds. This notice is not on the wall where u can see it before you purchase. The easiest would have been can we give you 6 of the pipes instead of the 4 you want. I felt and still do that charging 15% handling fee for a balance of an exchange in which you still make a sale as a business is a complete ******* in anybody’s book. Doing this to your regular customers is awful or perhaps it’s only me who considers himself as a regular customer…to pool concepts I could as well be a nobody.
