On 27-05-19 I received quotation number 1741 in the amount of R16,200.00 (sixteen thousand and two hundred rand) to Marbelite and fit a new return line. As this was acceptable I sanctioned the work to be carried out. I then immediately transferred the amount of R16,000.00 (sixteen thousand rand) into their banking account. After a few days the work commenced. I was very pleased with the work after completion. All looked OK. After filling the pool and waiting 5 (five) days I noticed that the water level had dropped by about 100 m/m I immediately called Poolcraft and was told that someone would come to see me. Two days later Thomas shows up, does an inspection and informs me that the leak appears to be at the fountain and he will report back to the office. I closed the fountain valve and filled the pool again. After 2 (days the pool level had dropped by about 75 m/m I called the office again and was told that Jesse would come to see me, After numerous phone calls and promises I am still waiting.
