Worst Swimming Pool After repair service ever

In 2013 We have used Pool Boys 3 to repair and re-do the whole swimming pool. It cost us about R 20000.00. Since then the swimming pool kept on leaking water. We have made several calls and sent messages to Mr. Smit to come and fix the problem. Eventually last year 2015 just after the winter they came out and empty the pool and sanded off the paint inside the pool. Since then there was no more work done. The pool now have some rain water in it and is smelly and a breading place for mosquito's. Mr. Smit is just not answering any calls and if we got hold of him he just make empty promises and never show up to complete the work. I have proof of messages and promises. Please assist to get this problem solved. It would be highly appreciated.
