4 Months later and the job hasn't been completed

<p>A deposit of 50% was paid on the 19th of July 2016. A job that we were told would take 2 weeks is still not finished (20 October 2016). Pool Boys 3 did experiance some unforseen problems and we were sympathetic to these incidents however there has been no communication from their side to inform us on problems or any attempt to make up for the lost time. </p> <p>Some work has been completed during the 4 months, namely:</p> <p>· The fitting of the new pool light.</p> <p>· The moving of the weir.</p> <p>· The chipping of the pool in preparation for the marbilite.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, there are still the following issues that need to be completed:</p> <p>· The completion of the mosaics around the pool and on the steps.</p> <p>· The marbiliting of the pool.</p> <p>· Finishing off the pool light and testing.</p> <p>· Finishing off the brick work around the weir.</p> <p>· Fixing up the brick work where it was removed to fit the new light.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have given them the option of providing us with the marbalite and mosaic tiles or to give us our money back. They have not rep**** to our request. We have sent emails, tried to phone but the do not reply to any of these.</p> <p>We are very disappointed in Robert and Jaco's level of commitment and service.</p>
