********* & poor workmanship

Utterly disappointed with the service and workmanship from Craig Smith- Pool Arts/Pool Knights. 5 months down the line and our project has incomplete areas & the workmanship is poor. He over-promised and under-delivered. We paid him the 2nd last deposit in September 2020, he was meant to buy all the material required to complete the project. A week later he informed us that he didn't have the money and we would have to use the remaining 10% (balance due on completion of the project as per our agreement), to pay for the materials needed to finish the project. Needless to say, that money was not enough to buy what was needed. It has been a stressful project. He has told us on numerous occasions that he will come to finish, he has yet to come. He doesn't answer our calls or return our messages. I would not recommend his services to anyone!!! Our neighbor informed us that they paid him for a service for their pool and have not seen or heard from him since.
