Sent Substitute Pump

Website showed product ordered was in stock and ready for shipping. Company substituted different brand and pump without notifying me. I called 3 times and wrote 2 emails. No replies. Finally got thru to \customer service"but they stated they have no details of order or shippinginfo. Stated a Mgr would call me. Never happened. Had already scheduled a repair guy to install pump so I could not return without wasting $100 so I kept pump. Buyers beware. """
