Avoid if you want decent service and want to not be abused.

Pool and Patio based in East London has the worst service I have ever come across. They lie, have a bad attitude and have exploitative practices. If you want to not have a headache, avoid at all costs.

We had hired and paid a R1000.00 deposit for the this "pool cleaning" company to come clean our pool a week before our family gathering for Christmas. We are often not at our home in the Eastern Cape, so the pool really needed a clean. Over the period of 3 days, Pool and Patio staff dodged working ones the pool, **** about their whereabouts to their dispatcher claiming they had finished working on pool when they hadn't, lying about communicating with us when they hadn't even going so far as to say we should just swim in a little corner of our pool where they had done minimal cleaning. All we experienced was bad attitudes, shifting of blame from pillar to post and general disrespect that had us even thinking that it comes from a place of racial disdain. Really unbelievable and disappointing to say the least.

Upon complainung about the lack of work done, the dispatcher **** again, claiming they would return on the 27th of December 2017 to do what they hadn't done. Needless to say that did not happen. Then the story has changed to they will return on the 2nd of January 2018 and we in fact need to put in another deposit of R1000.00 because our sand needs to be changed and that is an extra cost. Incredible, after all the abusive comments from staff, lies and overall frustration from the lack of work they did.
