Poor customer service and high labour prices

I get charged around R1200 for a temporary bypass... which is a poorly sealed line running back to my pool, as short as humanly possible - and a shopping bag jammed in the return port (talk about professional blocking of a water line...) Told that if I accept their repair quote - the above fee does not apply. This did not stop their accounts team from phoning me and nagging for this money over and over Quotes come in high, I get argued with for almost an hour on why they don't want to do x, y, z things I ask for - and then told I will get an updated quote. Quote never arrives... I pay their rip-off bypass line price, and say the service and experience is terrible - and I just get a thank you, zero attempt to make things right. I will not deal with them again...
