ROUGES!!

Unprofessional staff, when you request to speak to the Manager or ask for the manager's name I am told that they are not allowed to tell us.

I enrolled my son since May 2024. During winter the heaters were switched off, my child had to swim in cold water.

In May 2025 they had advertised a promo and payment needed to be in by July, all off a sudden the pool is under maintenance from July till now and catch ups are promised.

How do we catch up 2 months of lessons in 4 weekends? They demand payment for the month yet they say there are no lessons, they are rouges!

My lawyers will dealing with this company and their staff.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!!
