POOL ACADEMY AQUATICS...NO REFUND FOR EVENTS THEY CANCEL. POOL ACADEMY TAKES MONEY FIIRST AND THEN CANCEL WITH NO REFUNDS

Pool Academy Aquatics is the worst swimming school. I have enrolled my son for the Winter Camp they advertised and paid them R800 before 24th JUNE 2024. They messaged me to cancell the Winter Camp. Since 25th June I have been asking for my refund and till today I have not received it. Trying calling and messaging but no one answered. I messaged them from a different number enquiring abt enrollment and within minutes they called me. However to give me my refund they will not take my calls. They claims that my request is with management but will not allow me to speak to management. Parents please be warned that Pool Academy is taking monies and not providing the services we paying for. I did post a this message previously but they called me and promised me a refund and that I must take my comments out..I took my story out but NO REFUND. As long as Pool Academy has MY MONEY in their bank account..they will cancell the event we paid for and offer NO REFUND. THIS IS CALLED *****ING...WE PAID IN FULL FOR A WINTER CAMP and they conveniently canceled it with NO REFUND. PLEASE BEWARE OF POOL ACADEMY.
