Pool academy aquatics ****mers

I registered to get swimming lessons from this unprofessional company and when I am asking for my refund they keep coming up with lies. 1. I had informed them to send me WhatsApp as I do not check my emails as much as my WhatsApp, even my first payment was done after due date and it was a friend that had reminded me. 2. Sunday, I requested for them to send location as I was busy getting lost, I then requested for them to cancel lessons and refund me my money. They said that they do not open on Sundays, how does an establishment open on a Sunday but not have anyone assist customers. 3. No one shared that Sunday admin does not work nor provide back up assistance. 4. I was marked present when I did not join and after I raised that I will inform my lawyers, they quickly rectified and marked me absent. 5. Vukile was interested in taking my space and this was shared with the unprofessional team, pool academy aquatics. 6. He didn't join due to lack of communication with this team. 7. I informed them that I want a refund as I have never entered they facility nor receive any equipment from them. 8. A WhatsApp was sent to that they gave me swimming cap and goggles, where, when and how? Is the question as I have never engaged with them face to face.
