Pool Academy Aquatics Cape Town Pathetic

Please do not take your kids to this swimming school in Cape Town if they have a phobia for the water or swimming. They are only concerned about money and not helping kids to learn how to swim. My daughter was terrified of the water and the coach just ignored her when she cried or refused to go into the water. They also have a clause where you have to pay upfront for the month, and pay 2 months fees when you are de-registering. So even if after the 1st lesson you are unhappy with the lessons you still have to pay for 60 days or a deregistration fee equivalent to that amount.. and they will hound you for the fees, even threaten you with handing over to lawyers, but when you complain they don't care about resolving the issue, just send you an email to deregister or pay the fee for 60 days - pathetic!
