Pathetic Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Pool Aquatics. The communication is unclear, and their handling of catch-up lessons is unprofessional. The most concerning issue, however, is the unsafe condition of the pool—milky, murky water that raises serious hygiene concerns. I refuse to expose my child, who has a skin condition, to such an environment.

Despite their failure to honor their service level agreement by providing constructive feedback within a reasonable time, they still demanded full payment for an entire month of missed lessons. This is completely unacceptable. A business that disregards customer concerns and prioritizes payments over service quality does not deserve recommendations. I would strongly advise against enrolling here.
