Pathetic and Misleading - Pool Academy Aquatics

What pathetic service ! It does not even deserve a rating . The advertising is misleading. Upon registration I was told that pools will be heated. My daughters lessons took place at 7am every Saturday morning. Once lessons started, I was advised that pool will only be heated in winter ! Even the instructors where complaining of how cold the water was. It was not even a month into my daughters lesson that I was told there will be a change of venue. The new venue at Apollo Secondary was not up to standard. Tiles where missing , heaters where not installed and the change rooms where not done up - completely dusty. My daughter was also sick and missed 1 lesson. When I asked for a catch up lesson, I was told that I need to produce a doctors note, which I did. To date, no catch up lesson was done. Despite me informing them that I am cancelling lessons going forward - this was from May onward , I am still receiving invoices for payment and my daughter is still being marked present for attending lessons. I am receiving e mails on a constant basis to pay the fees or else I will be handed over to the attorneys despite me informing them of cancellation. If you do wish to discontinue, a de registration fee has to be paid as per Pool Academy .

I definitely will not recommend this service to anyone. Extremely misleading and my daughter has not benefitted from the lessons that she has attended.
