No concern for toddlers well being

Horrible experience. It's not the school for toddlers as the childs well being is not of a concern. They get you with heated pools, but pools are only heated during the winter season, whenever that is. I had explained that I cannot allow my baby to swim in icy cold water, they say that they understand but I would need to pay immediate deregistration fee. It's a ****. Coaches are changed and you are not informed. There was no progress in the swimming. If lessons are cancelled on their account, they usually can't find a spot for a make up lesson but you will still be charged for this.
