Extremely poor administration and business management by admin

Administration nightmare.

Since last year we had endless issues with the administration, employees change allnth3 time, there's no continuity on communication.

We placed notice to leave, and we paid for the following months as requested but they still billing us. With Administration employees changing we have to keep re supply proof of communication.

Our child maybe seam for 15 os sos yet we paid every month and they still harras us for money.

The one adminlady harrased my wife through her pregnancy although I told her to stop.

The new admin is the same, they dknt have the records in order and they are worrying us give proof when we already did so.

The couches are okay but they are also unhappy, they alway complain on how badly they treated, they just wait to the last hour and if the learner don't come, they don't get paid. How far this is true, I don't know, butnits what they tell the parents. Whether we go or not, we are stil billed in full yet the couches are not paid of we dknt attend.

Overall the Administration is a nightmare to deal with. When we asked to be connected with higher managers, they refuse to supply contact details.

I would not recommend the swim club at all.
