Don't use the company they don't care about service.

Last weekend I decided my son needed to start swim lesson, so I looked up for pool swimming lessons, I decided on pool academy aquatics, they didn't tell me the pools were ice cold and outside, considering Cape Town, change of weather. So when we got there my son refused to get into the water, I paid upfront for goggles and swim cap as well. My son hit such a tantrum, he is 4yrs old because of the water temperature, we ended up leaving because there was nothing I could do, I made contact with the company and the lady that helped me was actually very understanding but needed to confirm a refund of R672 with management, that lasted 2 days and then flat refused to refund me, is this how business is done today knowing our countries situation. I'm disgusted. I didn't even receive the cap and goggles, they didn't even refund me for that. Clearly they don't take kids into consideration wrt to changing their mind.
