BEST ACADEMY TO WORK FOR

I have been a coach for Pool Academy - for the past 8 months now. The work environment is a great place to connect with other coaches and the management team.

Our work is organised, structured and our managers are always there to support and assist us.

I have also come across many coaches who don't take their job seriously and inevitably try to disrupt the flow of work by bad mouthing the company or just not doing tasks prescribed - just because they don't get their way in the workplace.

This is absolutely sad and disappointing behaviour.

I've personally come across coaches who have deliberately carried out incorrect tasks to disrupt but kudos to the management team and their style for always ensuring employees needs are met, ensuring happiness in the workplace

To the entire management team at Pool Academy - thank you for all the support given to us as coaches - we really appreciate you! Don't let others dim your light and keep up your great work!
