That Nike shoes was not up to standard

Bought Nike running shoes from them, first time ever Nike shoes only last 4-months. Phoned Phoobie, they said to me they cant help me only have a 3 months warranty-that is shocking, especially if you pay so much for shoes and selling shoes that is not up to standard(because Nike shoes that only last 4 months is not up to standard) Wonder what Nike would say?
