terrible customer service

i bought a pair of shoes they were one size too big. it has been the most painful experience trying to change them. if you e mail there is no reply until you phone in and ask to read the email. then if you dont phone in they wont contact you to notify how the process is going. i must have called 6 or 7 times and still have not been updated? perhaps poobies should just read a few other complaints on this website.
