Poor Service

I was told that Poobie Naidoo's was the "Go-to" for ordering sports shoes and equipment in KZN. On the 21st of November I ordered a pair of Nike Pegasus 35. They were supposed to arrive via Globeflight within 3-5 working days. The shoes did not arrive, I waited an extra day and then contacted both Globeflight and Poobie Naidoo. They were unable to locate the parcel and told me that they would contact me. They failed to do so. I have spent the last week contacting them daily at my own expense, they have continuously told me they will phone me back, usually in 15 minutes, I can say I always end up phoning them back. Today, almost two weeks later they have finally told me that my shoes will hopefully arrive next Monday. Their lack of customer service is highly disappointing.
