Poobie Naidoos disgusting customer service

I Purchased a pair of Asics on their store, & the wrong size was delivered. I then emailed them about it, after I had to email them a few times to get any response they told me I chose the incorrect size & will need to pay to have it couriered back to them. Most disgusted, I demanded that they collect the shoes at their own cost. The box the shoes came in was stripped of its sizing & serial numbers & whatever else was on it, almost like it was Grey stock. After dealing with one of the most useless “customer service” agents; Melanie Naidoo who never got back to me with anything they eventually agreed to collect the shoes & give me a refund. That was about 3 weeks ago, shoes were collected & I am still waiting for my refund, which they swear has been done. Again you need to contact them numerous times & absolutely blow a gasket before anyone helps at Poobies. Best advice; go to another online store otherwise just shop instore least you land up with my disgusting experience with them.
